Service Mountain Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Service Mountain costs only $19 per month. We also offer discounts for year long subscriptions paid in advance. Call us at 866-668-2424 to discuss payment options. There are no contracts to sign, and you can cancel at any time.

Q. Will information I enter during the trial period be available when I subscribe?
Yes! You won't waste any time re-entering information once you decide to convert your trial to a permanent account. Of course, if you prefer, we can also set up a fresh account for you.

Q. I'm just getting started in business, is Service Mountain a good fit for me?
A. Most Likely! Service Mountain is an intuitive, easy to use program designed to provide a cost effective way for small service business owners to help streamline and manage their businesses.

Q. How do I access my account on Service Mountain?
A. You can access your Service Mountain account from any computer or mobile device with access to the internet. Simply go to www.servicemountain.com and log in with your email address and password. You can access Service Mountain at any time of the day or night from a computer, laptop, web enabled PDA, or smart phone such as a blackberry.

Q. How secure is my data?
A. While nothing is 100% secure, Service Mountain uses all the latest data protection measures. All data is stored on redundant hard drives and is backed up nightly. The servers are located in secure and highly redundant data centers.

Q. How can I back-up my customer information?
A. Easy! You always have to option to hit "Export Data" and download a full spreadsheet of your customer information.

Q. Can I have more than one user on my account?
A. Yes, but only one user ID and password. Most users log in with a business email address and give the password to the office staff that will be using Service Mountain.

Q. How can I customize the software?
A. There are many areas for customization. You can upload your company logo, define custom fields in the records of both customers and employees. You can upload pictures of your staff, your equipment, or graphical icons that your business can use to visual organize your scheduling and customer relations.
