Job Tracking has the following features:

  • Open Jobs Listing - Lists jobs whose scheduled end dates are past and have not been cancelled. This ensures that no jobs scheduled for completion go unnoticed so that invoices can be sent.

  • Job Adjustments - The completion wizard allows you to make any last minute job adjustments. Maybe a worker was not on the jobsite due to illness, or a worker needs to be paid extra, or the customer requested a service not originally scheduled. All of these adjustments can be done here.

  • Apply Payments - Lets you apply a payment when you complete the job in the system. This makes bookkeeping easier, as the fields for the payments will be populated with the job information and costs.
