In order to achieve this we have made a support center available to help review what tools are available to you as a ServiceMountain™ user to ensure that you have a good experience. We also let you open support tickets when you are facing an issue that you cannot solve through our built in tools.

1. Comprehensive Written Documentation on all sections of ServiceMountain™
We want to ensure that you are always able to get quick answers to your questions about functionality in the system. We are included a complete, fully searchable, online help system to meet your needs. The screen shot below is an example of a page that is available in the online help system.

2. "Video Wizards" for each major section in the system
What better way to learn something than to watch a video? We have included detailed video wizards for each major section of the system. Within 30 minutes you can be up and running with a good understanding of each part of the application.

3. Integrated Support Tickets
When you need help and the built-in tools cannot provide the answer for you we are here for you. Simply submit a support request through the help system and we will reply as soon as possible with an answer to your question. Each suport ticket is tracked and you can quickly see the status of your ticket in the help system.

It's easy! Login to your account and proceed to the help screen. At the top of the help screen click "support tickets" to view tickets, create a new ticket and follow up on your existing tickets.
